Conclusion of the contract
First we must check if we are able to meet your order. Then we will accept the whole or part your requirements included in the order. This usually occurs by us delivering your order. On providing your e-mail address, you will receive confirmation of your order. On delivering or confirming the order the sales contract between us is concluded to the corresponding extent.

Right of revocation
You can withdraw your order in text form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) within two weeks, or, on receiving the order before the revocation period is over, by sending back the goods, without giving a reason. The period begins on receiving the instruction in text form, however not before the recipient gets the goods, and also not before the fulfilment of our duty to inform according to article 312c para. 2 BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with article 1 para. 1, 2 and 4 BGB-InfoVO. The revocation period shall be deemed observed if the goods are returned or notice of revocation is given within this period.

Consequences of the revocation
In the case of successful revocation, the gods and services rendered by both sides are to be returned. If you cannot return the received goods or only partly return them or you return them in bad condition, you must pay the difference to make up the value of the item (bad condition means, for example, altered , washed or used textiles). This does not apply, when defects are discovered on checking the item after receiving it, which would have been possible to check before purchasing it in a normal shop. In addition, you can avoid liability to pay compensation for the value of the damaged product following commencement of use of the product by not treating the item as if it were your own property and by avoiding anything that could detract from the value of the item. You are responsible for postage for any returned items if the items correspond to the exact order and, if the price of the returned item does not exceed €40.00, or if you haven't provide any service in return for or a contractually agreed part payment of the item, at a higher price at the time of cancellation. Otherwise we will refund the costs of returning the item. The refunding of payments must take place within 30 days. The period begins for you on sending the revocation of the order and for us on receiving it.
Audio and video recordings are excluded from the right of revocation (e.g. CDs, LPs, DVDs etc.), if the data medium has been opened and/or removed from its packaging. The right of revocation also does not apply to magazines or newspapers.
Returning items

If you want to return something, you can do it using HERMES or the Deutsche Post/DHL.
If you send a package by post, make sure the postage is sufficient, otherwise it will not be accepted by us!
If you send your package with HERMES, buy a package sticker at the HERMES Package shop. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery on our part, we will refund your money!

Reservation of proprietary rights
All the delivered items remain our property until the the customer has completely fulfilled his/her payment obligations.
Resellers are allowed to resell the product in a reasonable transaction. He/she is in principle allowed to collect the required payments.
To be on the safe side the reseller transfers to us all claims against his/her customers to the value of the invoice for the goods (extended reservation of property rights). We accept this transfer.
Data protection/data storage
In reference to article 33 BDSG the storage and processing of customer data occurs in strict observance of the Data Protection Act. Customer data is stored in the form of names, addresses and contact data, such as private or business address.
The customer has the right to receive information about the stored personal data at any time, including the origin, the recipient and the purpose of the stored data. Information about the stored data can be obtained from [email protected].
